Day 2
Healthy meal number 1
I always start of my day with Oatmeal..keeps me full for hours.
I added figs, almonds, honey and soy milk.
Also got a cup of amazing Italian coffee.
I practiced today at Ripley Grier and also at home. Going through a warm up. Working on 'I got Rhythm' and also Sixteen going on seventeen.
